Counting Machine
The machine, model Forex CR806, is the best in the process of counting and detecting securities, as it counts and detects counterfeiting of many local and international currencies, up to 60 currencies.
Methods of counting and sorting by machine: -
- Count freely without restrictions for the same currency and denomination and give its number.
- Counting different denominations of the same mixed currency and calculating the number of cards that were counted, their value, and the number of cards from each denomination.
- Counting and sorting one currency and the different denominations together, choosing a specific denomination according to the first paper, calculating the number of papers of the same denomination and their value, and rejecting the rest of the offending papers.
- The screen shows the details of the counting process and the reasons for rejection in the event of rejected papers and is easy to use.
- The machine reads the serial number of the banknotes and prints it for foreign currencies.
The machine detects counterfeit currencies using the following characteristics:
- Detection by ultraviolet (UV) rays.
- Detection by infrared IR of all lines specified on the paper.
- Detection using magnetic ink on the paper.
- Detection by matching the color and shape on both sides of the banknote using a CIS sensor.
- It is characterized by its small size, light weight, and easy to open when performing regular maintenance on the machine.
- Hopper capacity: holds a maximum of 500 sheets of paper.
- Stacker capacity: holds a maximum of 200 sheets of paper.
- The machine is faster than its counterparts, as it operates at three speeds: (800-1000-1200).
